I will be 18 weeks pregnant what theme park is better, Islands of Adventure or Universal Studios?

I want to be able to ride some rides, were mainly purchasing tickets so we can get into the Mardi Gras Akon concert (march 6th) which amusement park will suite my needs best?

Universal they have activities that you can do that there is no movement, such as Shrek make sure you let them know you are expecting you will be put in a non movement chair. You will still experience the rest of the show, but you will not feel the galloping which is a jerking motion. This is the same for the others such as the earthquake (I believe its a different name now though, but will always be earthquake to me). Men in Black and some others. If you are purchasing tickets for Madri Gras you might get a ticket for both parks. Islands of Adventure has the Seuss land which has smaller and easier rides. I am an adult and still love that place.

When does the Harry Potter theme park in Orlando Studios open up?

Posted by admin on February 14th, 2010 and filed under studios theme park | 5 Comments »

I am a crazy harry potter fan and saw the commercial for the theme park and am now going crazy because i have to go. do you know what day it opens up? I practically cried when seeing the pictures of it online.

The theme park is supposed to open in spring 2010 which means most likely sometime in late April or May.

I recently went to the park, Islands of Adventure, and saw the progress they made, and let me say it looks so cool. The castle is HUGE and looks just like it does in the movies and the village looks pretty cool too.

If you own the half blood prince dvd or can rent it, there is a feature on there that shows what the park will look like.

Hope this helped.

Is there anything back to the future related in Universal Studios theme park in california?

Are there any back to the future rides or props like the dolorean sitting around inside the theme park?

if you go on the universal studios studio tour you get to see the set of the clock tower building…there was a bad fire a while ago, so there is some damage in that area of the tour. and i cant remember for sure, but there was another part of the tour where they had a line-up of famous movie cars and i am pretty sure the dolorean was one of them.
the studio tour was my favorite part of universal studios i definitely recommend it.

Do they drug test at universal studios theme park?

Posted by admin on January 31st, 2010 and filed under studios theme park | 3 Comments »

i wanted to get a job there soon and i was just wondering if they drug test or not.
any tips on how to pass it ?

Put the pipe down for two or three weeks before the test, make sure you eat properly and exercise in the duration (THC likes getting stored in fat) and take some vitamin B the night before.

*Don’t* take the B a couple of hours before the test, because they’ll know you’re trying to mask it. You want your B levels to be high, not off the chart. If they then ask if you take vitamin supplements, just tell them the truth: Yes, you usually take one a few times a week, and you took one last night.

Either the Universal Studios or Island of adventure

that all depends on what you enjoy the most, they are both totally amazing parks –

HOPEFULLY ONE DAY WITH MY LOVED ONES.

Which Disney Theme park is the best to go to for two college age students visiting for the first time.?

Posted by admin on November 24th, 2009 and filed under studios theme park | 18 Comments »

Visting Floridia March 16-21. Going to Universal Studios, A Disney theme park and to a close Atlantic beach the next. Do you have any sugestions which Disney Theme park to go to and maybe a fun beach to visit. Thanks

I think you’d enjoy EPCOT the best. The Disney – MGM Studios is fun, but there’s definitely not as much to do. There’s a bunch of awesome attractions and shows at EPCOT, and the fireworks/pyrotechnics/lasers show, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is incredible! EPCOT has a really great aquarium, too! And a lot of wonderful dining options, like the Coral Reef Restaurant and Le Cellier Steakhouse.

Hope I could help! Have fun!

which universal studio theme park is better?

i am going there today and i was wondering which one we should spend more time at

I think Islands of Adventure is better, especially if you like thrill rides/coasters. Universal Studios has a couple of good rides and some good shows. But if you want to ride instead of watch, I recommend Islands. Be sure to ride Hulk, Dueling Dragons, Jurassic Park, and Spiderman.

How much spending money do i need to stay in Orlando for 8 days. E.g: theme parks passes & universal studios?
