My boyfriend and I are planning a trip to Florida this summer and we really want to go to Universal. (I want to go to the Wizarding world of Harry Potter) The tickets are outrageous! Does anyone know if there are any ways to get discounts or maybe if there is a day of the week where they are discounted? I know that buying them online will save us $10 on each ticket. Were thinking we want to go to both Universal parks for the day. But we may just go to Islands of Adventure. Thanks so much!
Nope, premier parks like Universal and Disney don’t do special day discounts or anything. Military families and Florida residents are pretty much the only ones eligible for discounts. You will sometimes see some very questionable unauthorized dealers who claim they have discounts, but I wouldn’t trust them.
Online is your best bet. Personally, if you are going to be there during the summer (the busiest time of year, plus crowds will be higher because of Harry Potter opening), I would just go to Islands if I only had one day.

You might want to contact Disney Vacation Club directly and see if they have any promotions. Be forwarned that these tickets come with the price of a long sales presentation designed to turn the most negative people into timeshare buyers.
There is a big group going to Orlando 6 adults and 2 children and we are trying find the cheapest way to get tickets for such a large group. We have rented a beach house in Coco Beach so we will have two vacations Beach/Disney.
Disney never offer discounts & with the world of Harry Potter opening this month at Universal, expect no discounts from them either. Unless you qualify for the Florida Resident Special, the best you can do is the members discount & get them at Triple AAA.
Free tickets are non-existent unless you happen to win them. If you purchase multi-day tickets online from the Universal Studios website you get $10.00 off gate price. That’s about as good as you’ll be able to get. You should be wary of websites and locations offering deeply discounted tickets because there are a lot of scams out there.

Yes! You can purchase the tickets at the Southern California discount and use them for friends and family members who are not from Southern California. The best way to do it is to purchase the tickets online and print them out. They will not ask for identification at the gate.
I am trying to figure out what is the cheapest, good way to get discounted tickets for Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights HOLLYWOOD.
