Is there a downtown Universal Studios Hollywood in Los Angeles?

Like Disneyland, there is Downtown Disney. So I’m wondering if there is something like that for Universal Studios? If so, does it cost anything or is it free like Disney?

Yeah, it’s City Walk. There’s all these stores and food places, a movie theatre, carts along the sidewalk and it’s pretty similar to Downtown Disney. It’s free to enter but you do have to pay for parking.
